N'Doye called up for Africa Nations duty
Dame N’Doye has joined his Senegal national side, as they prepare for the start of the Orange Africa Cup of Nations, which kicks off later this month.
The tournament is being played in Equatorial Guinea between 21 January and 12 February. N’Doye and his Senegal team mates have been drawn in a tough group, with Zambia, Libya and the host nation to compete against.
On Thursday evening Senegal played a friendly match in the capital, Dakar. The team played Sudan, winning the tie 1-0. The FCK striker started up front behind the team’s biggest star, Demba Ba, who has scored 15 goals already for Premier League club Newcastle this season.
It was Ba who got the winning goal in the 24th minute, and both he and N’Doye were substituted at the break. Over 30,000 spectators were in the stands to cheer on their national side before they depart to the tournament.
FCK.DK will stay up to date with how N’Doye progresses in the Africa Cup of Nations. Senegal’s first match is on the 21 January against Zambia.

N'Doye can hopefully continue his scoring prowess in Equatorial Guinea
