Lions lose to Spartak Moscow

FC Copenhagen were downed 2-1 in the first friendly match of their mid-season training camp in Dubai.

An own goal from Jones Okore late in the game was enough for the Russians to take the win.

Moscow went ahead half-an-hour in when Luis Adriano converted a penalty after a handball in the box.

Andreas Cornelius levelled before half time from the penalty spot after Federico Santander had been brought down.

But the Lions couldn’t find a winner as Okore converted a low cross into his own net with just two minutes remaining.
