F.C. KØBENHAVN P/S Policies

ANTI-RACISM POLICY

Our anti-racism policy ensures F.C. København P/S creates and maintains an environment where all employees and partners are treated with respect and dignity.

F.C. København P/S does not tolerate any form of racism, discrimination or hateful behaviour.

This policy establishes F.C. København P/S's position on racism and the expectations it has for employees, management and partners.

F.C. København P/S has zero tolerance for behaviour or statements that violate the policy on anti-racism. The guidelines are intended to ensure and support the behaviour and culture that the organisation wants to promote and consist of. Actions that contradict the policy will therefore have employment law consequences.

The policy is also anchored in UEFA's "European Football United Against Racism Resolution" (Annex B, art. 45.06a), where European football stands united against racism and any form of discrimination. F.C. København P/S supports UEFA's zero-tolerance principle, including the obligation to interrupt, suspend or cancel matches in the event of racist incidents.

Climate and Environmental Policy

The purpose of the Climate and Environmental Policy is to set the framework for F.C. København P/S's efforts to minimise our overall environmental impact and ensure compliance with applicable legislation across our activities. The purpose is also to comply with F.C. København P/S's strategy, We are KBH (Vi er KBH), and reduce our negative impact on the climate and environment in our local area.

F.C. København P/S ensures that it has an updated overview of our direct and indirect environmental impacts, risks and opportunities across our activities. We regularly monitor compliance with the climate and environmental policy through internal and external audits, regular evaluations and annual reporting to external stakeholders.

Policy for protection of children and young people

F.C. København P/S has a clear ambition to create a training environment for children and young people, either at our training facilities or within our partner clubs, that is guided by our pedagogical model.

F.C. København P/S educates children through age‑appropriate training at all levels. The training environment is characterised by expectations, joy, and a sense of security, as these elements are essential for the development of the children.

The policy is based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Sustainable Development Goals 3 and 4 (health, well‑being, and quality education), the Danish FA’s guidelines for children's football, as well as FIFA’s, UEFA’s, and EFC's standards for safeguarding minors and promoting children’s well-being in football.

The objective is to ensure an environment where children and young people feel safe - physically, mentally, and digitally - and where their rights and development always come first.

København P/S strives to create an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests, so that they can have good experiences on an equal footing with all our other guests.

The policy is also anchored in UEFA’s Accessibility Guidelines (2022) and UEFA’s “Club Licensing and Stadium Infrastructure Regulations” (Art.35 - Disability Access Officer), which ensure the football environment and its infrastructure are accessible to everyone who wants to participate.
