Visiting guide for FC Basel fans
F.C. Copenhagen would like to welcome FC Basel fans to the Danish capital and Parken Stadium for the UEFA Champions League playoff match on Wednesday 27 August at 9pm.
F.C. Copenhagen expect a full stadium with around 34.000 spectators.
Please note that there is also a large exercise event in the green area around Parken Stadium (called “Fælledparken”) with approximately 30,000 people, many of whom will also use public transportation.
Tickets
The away section for FC Basel fans is Parken Stadium’s D Stand, section D1 and D2, and the gates open at 7pm.
Away tickets are only sold by FC Basel via tickets.fcb.ch
You are only allowed to display your association with FC Basel, e.g. by wearing colours, clothes, scarves and the like, or sing songs or chants related to FC Basel, in the away section.
Any away fans sitting in the home sections of the stadium will be denied entry or withdrawn from the ground.
Please note that in the stadium on matchday you are not allowed to wear colours, clothes etc. which may be related to other teams than the home team and the visiting team.
Transport
We expect that on matchday there will be a special train for FCB-fans from Copenhagen city center to Svanemøllen station.
Metro
If you arrive by Metro line M3, we recommend only using the station Poul Henningsens Plads, where it is easiest to access the away section, and that you not use Trianglen Station and Østerport Station.
S-train
If you arrive by S-train, we recommend that you only use Svanemøllen Station, where it is easiest to access the away section.
We also recommend that you return by this route when leaving Parken.
Information in English about tickets for public transport and tickets can be found here at publictransport.dk.
Car / taxi
We strongly recommend that you do not arrive by car. The parking options at Parken Stadium are very limited and not available, while the parking in the surrounding neighbourhood is also very difficult on matchdays.
If you arrive by taxi, we recommend that you go to Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads, which is around 300 meters from the entrance to the Away Section in the D Stand.
Food and drink in Parken
You can buy a range of food and drink, including beer, in the away section of Parken. You can pay with credit/debit cards and Danish kroner.
Fanshop
Our official Fan Shop at Parken Stadium (the corner of Øster Alle and Per Henrik Lings Alle) is open on Monday-Friday from 10:00-18:00, and on matchdays until kickoff. You can always visit the web shop at fckfanshop.dk.
Ground regulations
Small details have a big impact on how we all, as football fans, enjoy the game. Therefore, we encourage all fans to read Parken's ground regulations. These are aligned with the Danish Superliga and UEFA.

Contact
You are welcome to contact our customer service at info@fck.dk. Applications for tifos should be sent to our security department at security@parken.dk.
Accessibility for away fans
The accessible seating – including seats for assistants and plus-ones if required – are on a specific platform immediately next to the away section.
In order for you and any accompanying person to have the best matchday, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service at info@fck.dk.
Accessible away fans should use the VIP entrance just next to the away fan entrance in the D Stand. Stewards will assist with access to a lift to the third floor, from which there is direct access to the disabled spaces and easy access to a disabled toilet.
Parking spaces for all accessible visitors are located behind the B Stand – the opposite end to the D Stand. If accessible fans of the away team need a parking space, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service team at info@fck.dk, and we will find a solution as close as possible to the D Stand.
We can always arrange a stopping point at the stadium's gate area (the corner by the A and D stands), from which there is only a short distance to the entrance for accessible away fans.
