Late equaliser for Esbjerg

Pre-match warm up

The FC Copenhagen players were given a light workout this morning in Austria, ahead of their first friendly match of the week-long tour tonight. The game, against Austrian Bundesliga champions Sturm Graz, kicks off at 18:30 CET.

During training, César Santin and Dame N'Doye had a one-on-one scoring challenge: Brazil v Senegal, as assistant coach Johan Lange called it. Both could only score a single goal.

Additionally, Martin Vingaard – who has been out injured with ligament damage since FCK’s visit to Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League last season – continued his rehabilitation, doing some exercises with club physiotherapists, and walking laps of the pitch.

The rest of the squad maintained their light session, making sure they will be fully fit for tonight’s action.

The starting line-up for the match tonight is something head coach Roland Nilsson is keeping safe in his mind. His first XI will be published on FCK.DK later this afternoon, in preparation for the match.
