Niclas Jensen returns to F.C. Copenhagen

When the Danish champions travel to La Manga for the yearly training camp, Danish International Niclas Jensen will be joining the team. F.C. Copenhagen and Niclas Jensen has agreed on a 2½ year deal which runs to the end of June 2009.

- I’m really looking forward to coming home to the club, the city and the PARKEN stadium where I have so many good memories from. It is also an opportunity for me to get my career back on track since I haven’t played so much at Fulham, says Niclas Jensen.

- It’s a quality player that know the club from the inside. Now we have an ideal situation in the left side of the defence, where a younger and talented Oscar Wendt will compete with the older and more experienced Niclas Jensen for the spot, says head coach Ståle Solbakken
