Lions fight back to secure win

Andrija Pavlovic and Federico Santander secured a second-half comeback for FC Copenhagen at SønderjyskE on Monday night.

Troels Kløve had given the hosts the lead on 45 minutes after Andreas Cornelius had skied a penalty.

And FCK had Robin Olsen to thank for not going further behind when he smothered the ball as Mikael Uhre ran through one-on-one.

Pavlovic began the comeback when volleying Ludwig Augustinsson’s cross in off the crossbar on 65 minutes.

And five minutes latest Santander tapped home after a defensive blunder from SøE goalkeeper Lukas Fernandes.

The win maintains Copenhagen’s 12-point lead over second-place Brøndby with nine games of the season remaining.
