Intense fight against Malmö FF

In an intense and occasionally hard played test game FC Copenhagen won 1-0 against Malmö FF in Dubai.
Captain Thomas Delaney got the winner five minutes before half time, when he headed the ball past the former Copenhagen-keeper Johan Wiland.
In the second half Malmö-striker Markus Rosenberg could easily have been sent off for a horrible attack on Nicolai Jorgensen, who fortunately escaped without injury. Rosenberg later excused the incident, which followed a freekick from Jorgensen on a Malmö-player.
A good test game in a high tempo, and especially Erik Johansson was strong in central defence, said Staale Solbakken after the game.
