Santin scuppers Brøndby in late-goal thriller

FCK lead the way in goalscoring partnerships

The Superliga’s strongest striking partnership struck last Sunday, with both Dame N’Doye and César Santin scoring as FC Copenhagen beat Lyngby BK 3-1. A look at the Superliga’s top scorer list reveals the large gap between the FCK forward duo and the chasing pack this season.

There are eight goals between N’Doye and Santin’s 24-goal lead, with AC Horsens’ now departed Gilberto Macena partnering one of Henrik Toft or Martin Spellmann, sharing 16 goals.

The full list of the Superliga’s goalscoring duos are as follows:

24 goals - FC Copenhagen: Dame N'Doye (13) and César Santin (11)

16 goals - AC Horsens: Gilberto Macena (11, now playing for Shandong Luneng) and Henrik Toft / Martin Spellmann (both 5)

14 goals - OB: Peter Utaka (8, now playing for Dalian Aerbin) and Bashkim Kadrii (6)

14 goals - AGF: Søren Larsen and Peter Graulund (both 7)

13 goals - Brøndby IF: Mikkel Thygesen (7) and Simon Makienok (6) *

12 goals – FC Midtjylland: Sylvester Igboun (7) and Tim Jansen (5)

11 goals - FC Nordsjælland: Nicolai Stokholm (6) and Mikkel Beckmann / Tobias Mikkelsen (both 5)

11 goals – HB Køge: Nicholaj Madsen (6) and Simon Makienok (5, now playing for Brøndby) *

11 goals - AaB: Nicklas Helenius (6) and Jeppe Curth (5)

10 goals - Silkeborg IF: Kasper Risgård / Christian Holst / Dennis Flinta / Henrik Pedersen (all 5)
