Delaney goal boosts FCK’s Champions League hopes

Thomas Delaney’s second-half strike handed FC Copenhagen a vital away goal in their Champions League third-round qualifying clash with Romanian side Astra Giurgiu.

Delaney lashed home from Rasmus Falk’s flick on 65 minutes to level the scores in Romania.

Felipe Teixeira had given the hosts the lead with a side-footed effort just seven minutes in.




But the Lions rallied to earn the draw that they will take back to Telia Parken for the second leg next Wednesday.
