Copenhagen progress in DBU Cup

Andreas Cornelius made it four goals in four games as FC Copenhagen beat FC Vestsjælland 2-0 in the DBU Cup.

Federico Santander, 24, headed home the opener from Kasper Kusk’s cross with a looped effort into the far corner just seven minutes into the match.

And Kusk created FCK’s second when he set Cornelius free of the defence to chip over the goalkeeper.

Cornelius had hit the post earlier in the game when fed through one-on-one by Santander, before the latter found the crossbar with a deflected effort.

And Daniel Amartey forced a neat save out of the FCV stopper late in the game as Copenhagen went through to the fourth round.
