Abdul Daramy extends contract until 2028

F.C. Copenhagen are delighted to announce 17-year-old Abdul Daramy has extended his contract by three years until the summer of 2028.

"We are pleased that a new agreement has been reached with Abdul," says Head of Recruitment at F.C. Copenhagen, Mikkel Lund Køhler.

"Abdul has developed continuously in the Talent Department and has international potential, which we will try to bring to our first team together with him in the future.

"Initially, it will be a transition phase, where he will have regular training sessions with the first team and in that way get used to being part of senior football. Abdul is a skilled, explosive winger, who has some fine finishing skills.”

Daramy has played for FCK Talent since he was an U13 player, and before that he played for Hvidovre IF.

“I am proud to be able to sign a new deal with F.C. Copenhagen,” says Daramy.

“This is my club, and I am really looking forward to continuing here. I have good coaches around me, and a club that believes in me and can see me as part of the first team in the future.

“I fully agree that there is still a long way to go, but I can’t wait to get on the training pitch and just continue with the steps I have taken the last few years.

“I feel that the plan to train with the first team for periods is a good way to get up to the level. At the same time, I have to make sure that I can be a decisive player with the U19 team and show the way for others.”
