Visiting info for Galatasaray fans

Welcome to Copenhagen and Parken Stadium for the UEFA Champions League match on Tuesday 12 December at 9pm.

Tickets
The away section is in Parken Stadium’s D Stand, and away tickets are sold exclusively by Galatasaray. This is standard procedure for European matches.

Fan separation
You are only allowed to display your association with Galatasaray in the away section (and in Galatasaray's VIP section in the Lower A stand), e.g. by wearing colours, clothes, scarves or the like, or sing songs or chants related to Galatasaray.

If you do not comply with these rules, you may be denied access/expelled without receiving a refund for your ticket, unless you have a ticket for the visiting team’s away section.

Travelling to Parken
Galatasaray fans will meet at Rådhuspladsen (Town Hall Square) and go by train to Svanemøllen Station, from where there will be a fan march to Parken.

We strongly recommend that you do not arrive by car. The parking options at Parken Stadium are very limited and not available, while the parking in the surrounding neighbourhood is also very difficult on matchdays.

For public transport we suggest that you use the travel planner website Rejseplanen, which is available in German and English, Google Maps, or the Citymapper app. You can also cycle to the stadium from the city centre within 10 minutes.

Access conditions to Parken
Galatasaray fans only have access via Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads - not via Øster Allé, which is reserved for FCK fans.

We have made an "outer ring" around Parken Stadium, where we carry out a visitation and check tickets to ensure that you have access to the ground.

The next checkpoint is when you enter the gates to the D Stand, where we scan the ticket. These gate opens at 7pm.

We kindly ask that you have your ticket ready before you arrive, so that the checks go faster.

Accessibility
Accessibility tickets for away fans should also be bought through Galatasaray. The accessible seating – including seats for assistants and plus-ones if required – are on a specific platform immediately next to the away section.

Accessible away fans should use the VIP entrance just next to the away fan entrance in the D Stand. Stewards will assist with access to a lift to the third floor, from which there is direct access to the disabled spaces and easy access to a disabled toilet.

Parking spaces for all accessible visitors are located behind the B Stand – the opposite end to the D Stand. If accessible fans of the away team need a parking space, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service team at info@fck.dk, and we will find a solution as close as possible to the D Stand.

We can also arrange a stopping point at the stadium's gate area (the corner by the A and D stands), from which there is only a short distance to the entrance for accessible away fans.

Stricter penalty zone
The police will temporarily introduce a stricter penalty zone around Parken Stadium from Tuesday 12 December, at 3pm, until Wednesday 13 December, at 3am. This means that the penalty can double for certain types of crime committed in the zone, including violence, vandalism and serious disturbance of public order.

After the match
For safety reasons the police have given orders to detain Galatasaray fans for up to an hour after the match.

Information about this will be displayed in the stadium and announced over the loudspeakers.

Stadium regulations
Small details have a big impact on how we all, as football fans, enjoy the game. Therefore, we encourage all fans to read Parken's stadium regulations, which are aligned with UEFA.

Food and drink
You can buy a range of food and drink, including beer, in the away section. For example, we offer French hot dogs with chicken sausages and vegan pizza slices from Gorms.

In addition to credit cards, you can pay with euro notes, but returns are given in Danish kroner.

Fanshop
Our official Fanshop at Parken Stadium (the corner of Øster Alle and Per Henrik Lings Alle) is open with a wide range of merchandise, for example the official UEFA FCK vs Galatasaray scarf.

The opening hours on Monday-Friday is 10.00-18.00, and on matchdays until kickoff. However, we recommend that Galatasaray fans do not visit the fan shop later than Monday afternoon, since the area around the Fanshop is reserved for FCK fans on matchday.

You can also visit the webshop at fanshop.dk
