F.C. Copenhagen beat Avarta 2-1 in the Danish Cup third round on Wednesday thanks to two goals from Viktor Fischer.

The game was played in Parken Stadium despite it being recorded as an Avarta home tie and was new head coach Jess Thorup's first in charge of the Lions squad.
