And FCK manager Ståle Solbakken expressed his delight at signing the youngster.

- Benjamin has some of the skills and properties that we have sought to complement our squad. He is a direct player who has scored many goals and provided many assists from his starting point on one of the wings. He is really good with both feet and always seeks attacking positions, Ståle said.

- His age means, of course, that he still has plenty of potential that has not yet been fulfilled, but we expect him to go in and contribute to the team with his core competences from day one.

- At the same time, we have had several conversations with him and the people around him, and the conversations have convinced us that he has the right personality for a club like FC Copenhagen.

Verbal will join up with the squad for training this summer.
