FCK beat Skovshoved 3-0 in Danish Cup
Goals from Geovanni Ndjee, William Clem and Viktor Dadason earned F.C. Copenhagen a 3-0 win at Skovshoved IF on Tuesday to progress to the next round of the Danish Cup.
Reflecting on the match, head coach Bo Svensson said: "We’ve advanced to the next round without any injuries; we managed to rest some players who needed it, and others got the chance to show what they can do.
"Obviously, we would have liked to play better than we did, but all in all, we achieved what was most important for us tonight.
"We shuffled the lineup quite a bit, but the players who haven't seen much action brought plenty of drive and eagerness to prove themselves. You could see there was a lack of rhythm in our play and that the on-field chemistry wasn't quite there yet, but that’s perfectly normal in a situation like this."
"We also have to give credit to Skovshoved for a great setup and for their performance tonight; they played well and made it difficult for us, and that deserves respect."
Next up for FCK is Sunday's trip to Brøndby for the derby (2pm) before the international break.
