OVER BYEN: adidas Originals & F.C. Copenhagen present an original short film

Together with the exclusive Copenhagen Originals collection comes a fictional short film centered around Copenhagen in the 1990s – the era when F.C. Copenhagen was born. 

In collaboration with production company Blonde Inc. and Soundvenue, adidas Originals & F.C. Copenhagen present a truly unique short film. 

Drawing clear inspiration from the raw aesthetics of the 90s, the film reaches back to a time when the city’s authenticity left a deep mark on culture. A time defined by sharp contrasts, bold expressions of style, and personalities that stood out. 

Over Byen is a fictional short film about choosing your own path – even when it feels unclear. A story about choices, heritage, and identity. About freedom and loyalty – and a tribute to the city’s honest edge, to friendship, to those we carry with us, and to those we choose to become. 

A story about Copenhagen 
The short film project is driven by the ambition to contribute to the city’s many narratives. We are Copenhagen – and we add to the city’s story – both then and now. 

With Over Byen, F.C. Copenhagen and adidas Originals support a genuine, emotional narrative that reflects elements of city life while celebrating Copenhagen’s aesthetics and characters. 

Collaboration with Blonde Inc. & Soundvenue 
The film is created by Blonde Inc., who have previously collaborated with adidas and F.C. Copenhagen on other projects. The idea for the film grew out of the launch of F.C. Copenhagen’s Copenhagen Originals collection and was realized with the support of F.C. Copenhagen and adidas Originals. 

Experience the premiere at Park Bio 
The film is presented in collaboration with Soundvenue, who will host an exclusive premiere on October 8 at Park Bio. Afterwards, the approx. 16-minute short film will be available on Soundvenue.com. 

Tickets for the premiere at Park Bio are very limited. A share of these will be available for FCK fans free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis via fckfanshop.dk before long. More info on tickets will follow.
