Rebecca Steele: Lots of experience and skills
"I'm really happy to have both Fabiana and Bo on the staff," says head of women's football Rebecca Steele.

"Fabiana brings great professionalism and strong skills from her time at AB, and in the role of both assistant coach and head of physical performance she will have an important function with us. Both in daily training and in the physical area, where we want to take the next step.

"Bo has a lot of experience from Sundby and BSF, among others, and will have a central role working on transition and individual development. His eye for detail and ability to develop players technically and tactically will be a great asset to the team. I look forward to working with both of them."

Fabiana: Holistic and data-based approach
Fabiana, who holds a UEFA B coaching licence, says: "I'm really looking forward to starting at F.C. Copenhagen and becoming part of a club with such a strong culture and great ambitions.

“It is exciting to join a team that consistently strives for excellence, both on and off the pitch. I am eager to develop as a coach and as a person in this environment.

“Having the opportunity to work with such talented players and staff is something very special, and it is a dream for any coach to be in an environment like F.C. Copenhagen.

“I hope to contribute with a holistic and data-based approach that supports both individual development and the team’s common goals.

“I know that a strong foundation is already in place, and I look forward to learning from the staff and building trust with the players.

“My goal is to help create an environment where everyone feels supported, challenged and well-prepared to perform at their highest level.

“I believe in collaboration, consistency and small daily improvements, and I look forward to being part of a team that shares those values.”

Bo: Three-part role in a strong setup
Bo joins the set-up holding a UEFA A coaching licence and is looking forward to preparing for the new season.

"I am very much looking forward to starting at F.C. Copenhagen and becoming part of the strong set-up around the women's team," he says.

"I have followed the project closely since the beginning, and in a short time the club has managed to build what F.C. Copenhagen stands for: clear ambitions, a professional approach and the will to set new standards.

"It matches my own values and ambitions, and therefore feels like a really good match.

"My role will be three-part: assistant coach, player development coach and transition coach. I come with a solid background, primarily as a head coach, and I look forward to bringing my experience to bear in an ambitious environment.

“As an assistant coach, I will contribute with professionalism, energy and oversight. I focus on the details of the game, both in the team structure and in individual decisions. I see it as an important part of the role to be a close sparring partner for the head coach and to help ensure quality, direction and ownership in what we do.

“As a player development coach, I work purposefully to develop the individual player technically, tactically and mentally, so that individual development also improves the collective. It is about understanding needs, releasing potential and creating progression.

“For me, transition is not about making those who are already playing ready. It is about making them stand out. I support the young players in taking the next step and influencing matches with clarity, courage and quality.

“I am looking forward to getting started and contributing to pushing both the team and the club further in the right direction."
