F.C. Copenhagen extends contract with Ishaq Holalam

17-year-old Ishaq Holalam has extended his agreement with F.C. Copenhagen.

Director of Development Morten Grahn is pleased that the parties have agreed on a new contract for the attacking player.

"Ishaq has been a standout on our U17 side, and at the same time we've seen him take some good personal steps. He has believed in the plan and in his own development, and he has steadily added in the right areas," says Morten Grahn.

"He's a skilful dribbler who can decide matches or create assists on his own. His next step in his development will be getting better at the relational side of the game and of course continuing to work hard, so he can add even more elements to his game now that he's part of the U19 squad."

Ishaq Holalam started out playing at HIK, after which he moved to B.93, and as a U12 player he went on to FCK Talent. Most recently he has been part of the leadership group on the U17 team. He is also delighted with the new agreement:

"I'm really happy to be extending my agreement. It means an incredible amount to me and my family, and reaching this point has been a big goal of mine."

"I'm in a good environment where I'm challenged every day. Now it's about continuing to work hard and helping the team and my teammates, so that together we can reach our goals," says Ishaq Holalam.
