VfL Wolfsburg exercise option to buy Denis Vavro

VfL Wolfsburg have exercised their option to make Denis Vavro a permanent member of their squad following discussions with F.C. Copenhagen.

Vavro has played 31 games for the Bundesliga club this season, having departed FCK last summer.

He has enjoyed two successful stints in Parken. He first joined the club in 2017 before moving to Lazio two years later. He returned to the Danish capital in 2022 to once again be an important member of the Lions defence.

Vavro has played 200 games for FCK. Everyone at the club wishes him all the best in the future.
