Tijan Nije is new assistant coach

Following the appointment of Bo Svensson as head coach, F.C. Copenhagen have also reached an agreement with Tijan Njie, who will join the club as a new assistant coach.

33-year-old Tijan Njie has worked alongside Bo Svensson for many years, since they first met at the FSV Mainz 05 academy in 2017.

Tijan Njie subsequently worked as a video analyst for FSV Mainz 05’s Bundesliga team while Bo Svensson was head coach, and most recently as assistant coach to Bo Svensson at Union Berlin.
