Investigation into sale of Parken and four office towers completed

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S, in collaboration with advisors, has completed its planned exploration of possibilities into the sale of Parken Stadium and the four office towers around the ground.

The board has assessed that, on the basis of surveys conducted around sale possibilities, and the current conditions of the financial markets, it is not economically attractive to carry out a sale of Parken Stadium and the four office towers.

The board has therefore decided to end the search for options for a possible sale.

At the same time, it was decided to separate Parken Stadium and the office properties into an independent subsidiary.

The decision does not change the announced expectations for the current year.
