FCK talent department rated 4.5/5 by DBU

The FC Copenhagen talent department has been awarded with four-and-a-half stars out of five by the DBY Club License System.

“It is of course a good recognition for our talent work and a great gift for all employees in the talent department," says FCK technical director Johan Lange.

"We have increased our investments in talent development over recent years and it is a strategically rooted decision to further strengthen the talent development in the future.

“We know that a good environment is a cornerstone of the work of producing skilled football players.

"This spring we have been pleased to see more self-developed players perform well, but we are very ambitious with our talent development.

"By hard and persistent work, we also believe that we can promote even more self-developed players to FCK's first team in the years to come."
