FCK to play in special shirts to mark WorldPride in Copenhagen

Football is for everyone and discrimination has no place in our sport. Between 12 and 22 August WorldPride takes place across Copenhagen, where the city will provide a visible focus on diversity, inclusion, human rights - and not least the LGBTQIA+ environment.

WorldPride is an event F.C. Copenhagen, in collaboration with DBU, 3F Superliga and the respective clubs, will mark with rainbow-coloured initiatives during match days in the next two game weeks.

F.C. Copenhagen, together with Unibet and the rest of Danish football, supports diversity and the message of diversity. The Lions will therefore play in a special edition of our home jersey for the match against SønderjyskE in Parken on 22 August. This is also the last day of WorldPride and EuroGames in both Copenhagen and Malmö.

The unique jersey is characterised by the rainbow colours that have been incorporated both on the chest in the Unibet logo, as well as in the neck of the jersey.

The unique match shirts will subsequently be auctioned off and all proceeds from it will go to Copenhagen Pride.
