FCK payers react to Vendsyssel draw
FC Copenhagen drew 1-1 with Vendsyssel FF on Monday night.
And the Lions players spoke to FCK.dk after the game to assess the performance.
Carlos Zeca
"We got off to a bad start and were lucky with their penalty kick (which hit the crossbar.
"But other than that I think we were in control - but unfortunately they went in front. We tried everything we could to get equaliser - and went for it in the second half but we were not settled.
"The game was almost exclusively in their half after the break, and we tried - and succeeded - to get a fast equaliser. But we couldn't get another goal and we must accept that we should have played better."
Jesse Joronen
"It wasn't good enough today, and here we are talking both about the team and about my own efforts.
"But now we have to analyse the match, focus on what went wrong - and then learn from it.
"When we play at home, we simply have to get more out of such a game."
Rasmus Falk
"These are technical errors that cost us victory today.
"We made too many individual mistakes, and that caused us to destroy the rhythm of the match. We actually created enough opportunities, but we were too bad on the ball today.
"And that gave them the opportunity to get a point."
