FCK and Audi extend partnership

F.C. Copenhagen and Audi have agreed to extend our partnership, meaning Audi will be the Official Mobility Partner for F.C. Copenhagen until the end of 2021, with an option for one more year.

The partnership goes back to 2012, and with the new option the parties will reach 10 years of cooperation.

The partnership will focus, among other things, on increased sustainability and mobility in Copenhagen.

"We are happy and proud that Audi will continue to be part of the club in the coming years," says Katja Moesgaard, COO at F.C. Copenhagen.

"We share a good history, and it's always a good sign when you extend a deal after so many years.

"Audi will be our Official Mobility Partner, and mobility is a key word in a city like Copenhagen. Both we and Audi are very concerned about the development of this issue in our city.

"They are also a brand that signals quality and thoroughness. Here we are playing with the best in the world, and have a very strong match and basis to create added value for each other in this partnership.

"It has already evolved over time, and we are both heading in a more sustainable direction.

"We strongly believe that together we will develop even more and find new exciting ways, both in relation to sustainability, activities and our common storytelling.”

Head of marketing at Audi Denmark, Morten Friis-Olsen, is also happy to continue the partnership.

“We are extremely pleased to announce this renewed partnership with F.C. Copenhagen,” he said.

"F.C. Copenhagen is a good match for Audi, and we look forward to strengthening our work for increased sustainability and mobility in Copenhagen. Being Denmark's capital and largest city, the city is very important to many people and not least to Audi.”

In addition to F.C. Copenhagen, Audi are also partners with, among others, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Tottenham.
