Onsdagens kamp mod Manchester United blev vist direkte på TV, ikke kun i Europa, men i mange lande i Østen, bla. Kina og så langt væk som i Australien...

UEFA’s Senior Media Officer Frits Ahlstrøm kan ikke komme med et præcis tal på hvor mange lande der viste kampen, men et konservativt gæt er at fodboldfans i over 60 lande så onsdagens kamp fra PARKEN, og klubben har fået lykønskningsmails fra fans over hele verden. Her er en mail fra en kinesisk FCK-fan, Du Ning, der fulgte kampen på kanalen ESPN Star:

Dear Sirs,
Congratulations!
Allback's kick helped you beat Manchester United!
That's a big surprise to all fans, you created the myth! You proved you are so strong, you played a wonderful match for us! Maybe, not so many fans know your team and love you now. However, I want to tell you there is a Chinese fan named Du Ning Fall in love with you, who saw you beat Manchester United.....that's me!
