3-2 win over Kairat in Parken

F.C. Copenhagen earned a 3-2 victory over Kairat Almaty in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, and withstood a late barrage from the visitors to secure all three points.

The Lions took the lead through 17-year-old Viktor Dadason, who headed home a rebound off Robert's initial shot on 26 minutes.

Jordan Larsson made it 2-0 after the break from the penalty spot after a VAR check for handball, before Robert found the net from range on 73 minutes.

Kairat responded in the final eight minutes with goals from Dastan Satpayev and Olzhas Baybek, but the FCK players held on for the win in front of a big crowd in Parken.

The result keeps alive FCK's hopes of securing a top-24 finish in this season's League Phase, which would be enough to advance to the knockouts in the spring.

Our final three games come against Villarreal, Napoli and Barcelona.
