WHEN WE VISIT YOU
TRANSPORTATION
It is our intention to be responsible for all our transportation arrangements while visiting your country. Our travel partner Nyhavn Rejser will deal with the arrangements.
PRE-MATCH VISIT
We expect to arrange a pre-match visit to your stadium and city, and our travel partner may contact your club in regards to practical travel information.
TRAINING
When we train at your stadium we request that you supply:
• 20 balls of the same type as used in the match
• a portable goal
• 10 sticks
• 80 litres of unopened bottled still water (40 liter in 1/2-liter bottels, 40 liter in 1 1/2-liter bottles, if possible)
• Coffee/tea
• Fruits (especially bananas)
• 40 bath towels
• Crushed ice
On matchday, we additionally request afternoon access to the stadium for our Kit Managers.
Requests might be altered.
TICKETING REQUIREMENTS
We insist that all tickets to our section at your stadium should be supplied directly to us, and that no tickets in our section should be issued to anyone else. We would like an agreement with you that unsold tickets can be returned without payment at the Organisational Meeting on the morning of matchday.
