PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S and Danir plan to invest in FC Rosengård 1917

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment and FC Rosengård's main sponsor, the Malmö-based family business Danir, are now exploring the possibility of a joint co-ownership of FC Rosengård 1917's men's first team.

The purpose is to add significant resources to the team, which currently play in Sweden’s third tier, Södra Ettan.

The partners jointly want to make a long-term investment with a focus on talent development, performance, CSR and commercial initiatives.

The ambition is to lift FC Rosengård 1917's men's first team to the highest possible level and develop more talented young players. A joint football organisation will therefore be established in Rosengård to develop the club, and the partnership can be expanded to include more academy teams in the long term.

Both football clubs will retain their independence and independent local roots.

The investment is subject to FC Rosengård 1917 members accepting the proposal and the parties being able to reach an agreement on the final terms, as well as the cooperation being approved by the Swedish Football Association.

FC Rosengård 1917 have called an extraordinary general meeting on 2 December 2025, where members will vote on the proposal.

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment and F.C. Copenhagen have no further comments at this time.
