Nathan Trott sold to Cardiff City F.C.
Nathan Trott's loan agreement with Cardiff City F.C. will become permanent at the end of the season following a deal struck between F.C. Copenhagen and the Welsh club.
Trott joined Cardiff on loan from F.C. Copenhagen last summer and played 46 games for the club, as they secured promotion to the English Championship.
Technical director Nils Koppen has overseen the transfer and said of the goalkeeper: "Nathan has delivered a great season at Cardiff, which has meant they wanted to keep him. Since we assessed that Nathan would not be the first choice at F.C. Copenhagen, and because the deal simultaneously fits within our economic framework, we have chosen to sell Nathan to Cardiff.
"We wish Nathan the best of luck in the future and thank him for his time in Copenhagen."
Trott played 30 matches for F.C. Copenhagen after he was purchased from Vejle Boldklub in the summer of 2024. Everyone at F.C. Copenhagen wishes Nathan the best of luck in the future.
