Chairman Allan L. Agerholm steps down

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S chairman Allan L. Agerholm has decided to resign from his position, while Henrik Møgelmose has been appointed as chairman and Michael Stenskrog as deputy chairman until the general meeting in April 2024.

"We thank Allan for his great work at PARKEN Sport & Entertainment and respect his decision and desire to focus on the other tasks he is working on," says Henrik Møgelmose. "He has contributed to a strong and positive development of the company across all our business areas, and we wish him all the best in the future."
 
Allan L. Agerholm took office as chairman in the spring of 2021, but is now looking forward to having more time for his other tasks.
 
"It has been three hugely exciting years, where we have worked intensively together to develop PARKEN Sport & Entertainment, and where we have come a long way in many areas and are significantly stronger today than three years ago," he says.

"The post of chairman is very time-consuming and does not leave much time for other projects. I have noticed, and must admit, that I need to be more executive in terms of management, and going forward it would not do well with such a time-consuming role as the chairman's position at PARKEN Sport & Entertainment.

"And so the time has come to stop. It's the right time now that PSE and F.C. Copenhagen are in a really good place – both financially and from a sporting perspective.
 
"I would like to thank the owners, the board, the day-to-day management, all employees and all F.C. Copenhageners for an exciting and positive time together, and I wish the whole of PARKEN Sport & Entertainment all the best in the future."
 
The board will now begin work on finding the new candidate for the position of chairman.
