Babacar: FCK fans were crazy!
Khouma Babacar admits the noise coming from Sektion 12 during his debut spurred him on to help F.C. Copenhagen secure three points against OB on Sunday.
Babacar came on for the last half-hour with FCK a goal up and slid in the Lions' second after determined work from Denis Vavro down the right flank.
The January signing celebrated in front of a sell-out Sektion 12 behind the goal – and says he didn't realise how atmospheric it was going to be in Parken.
"I went crazy (when celebrating) because I saw the fans!" says Babacar.
"It was crazy and it gave me energy. But it's a long championship and we need to do more if we want to win the championship. We are ready, we are young and we have this chance.
"I'm happy to score but the victory is more important. If I score as well then that's even better!"
