Allan Agerholm recommended for chairman of the board

The board directors at PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S will nominate Allan Agerholm as a new member of the board at the Annual General Meeting on 19 April 2021.

This is done with a view to confirming Allan as chairman if the general meeting elects him as a new member.

Allan other management positions are:

• Hotel and Restaurant School, chairman of the board
• Hotel and Restaurant School's Development Fund, board member
• Mobility Service Danmark A/S, board member
• Sustainable Hospitality Consult ApS, director
• Chairman of the Board of VisitDenmark
