Who is Roald Poulsen?
The head coach of this whole program is Roald Poulsen. Born in Odense, Denmark, Roald played over 150 professional games for OB and OKS, both Danish teams. In 1976 he graduated as a schoolteacher, in 1982 he received his degree in Sports Physiology at the University of Odense. His coaching CV is very impressive. In fact, we'd need a whole page to document everything he's done, but let's hightlight some of his coaching cereer to give you an idea of his coaching experience?
1980-82: Appointed as instructor and licensed to educate coaches at all levels in Denmark.
1978-82: Coach of professional team OKS.
1988-91: Coach with OB Odense, wins the Danish Championship in 1989 and the FA Cup in 1991.
1989: Coach of the Year in Denmark.
1994-96: National Coach of Zambia. 2nd place in Korea Cup 1995, 3rd place in African Cup of Nations. Brought Zambia to highest ever ranking as No. 1 in Africa and No. 15 in the World. Took U23 Zambian team to All African games in 1995.
Other international experience: Intertoto Cup in 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1997 with OB against teams from the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, Yugoslavia and Turkey. European Champions Cup in 1990 against Real Madrid. Eurpean Cup Winners Cup in 1991 with OB.

Lwazi Nicholia Sahula, 17 years old, an attacking midfielder or striker with a deadly left foot. Highly rated by coach Roald Poulsen to go on to bigger things.
Anele Jeffrey Mxoli, 17 years old, a national U17 team player who dominates the midfield. Very powerful shooting ability and extremely quick.
Warren Scott Reid, 19 years old. A left-fotted midfield or striker with a powerful approach to his football. Top goal scorer in the program.
Siyabonga Ntombana, 19 years old, was a member of the National U17 side. Has played all over the world. An exiting midfielder with an educated left foot.
Patrick Remano, 14 years old, National U14 & U16 teams. A talented striker earmarked for big things by Roald Poulsen.
Thambalethu Welcome Moses, 19 years old, member of the National U23 side. Nicknamed "Baloyi" by his teammates, Moses might be the next great keeper in South Africa.
Ryan Anthony Haidlinger, 18 years old, represented SA at U12, U14 & U17 level. Ryan is an unforgiving fullback, not afraid to get stuck in.
Sandile Jeffrey Gumede, 18 years old, a previous member of the U17 SA team. Sandile is an outstanding fullback with a lot of pace and a fighting spirit.
Masixole Mseleni, 16 years old, a powerful midfielder or defender who is about to start his development with the school.
Ashley Stowman, 19 years old, represented SA U17 team. Nicknamed "Spider", Ashley is a tall defender who doesn't let much get past. Also a great leader on the field.
Nicholas Koustoudis, 18 years old, and has played for the SA National U12 & U17 sides. A striker with great pace and a natural ability to score goals.
Eric Mlungisi Mchuni, 17 years old. A goalscorer with the knack of being in the right place at the right time. A player for the future.
Siboniso Pa Gaxa, 17 years old, a member of the National U17 & U20 sides. He's a big central defender with a lot of pace and vision.
Lebohang Edwin Mokwining, 18 years old and a National U17 team player. A strong defender. He picked up a bad knee injury but is luckily well on the way to full recovery.
Mvuselelo Cebekhulu, 17 years old and was a member of the U17 National team. "Shorty" is an exiting midfielder with great vision.
Mhlabuhlangene Cebekhulu. 15 years old, selected for the National U16 side. A very talented midfielder who has been earmarked to go on to greater things in the future.
Lindokuhle Madonsela, 17 years old, another talented midfielder in the program who has represented the National U17 team. A very humble person with the right attitude to go far in the game.
Randolf Barends, 16 years old, a National U16 representative. "Dolfie" is a right-sided fullback with great speed. Excellent in one-on-one situations defensively. Has the ability to go far in the game.
