1,200 FCK fans, Guardiola speaks and Youth League details

F.C. Copenhagen take on Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night, with around 1,000 FCK supporters and 200 sponsors heading to the City of Manchester Stadium.

It's a grey, drizzly day in the north of England, but that's unlikely to deter the Lions fans from finding their voice in the 55,000-seater stadium for the 9pm kick off.

Away fans can even get a 30% discount on stadium tours between now and Friday, just by showing their FCK AWAY card at the ground.

But the stadium may not be full on Wednesday evening. One local says City fans are possibly "still hungover from Sunday" – of course, pointing to the 6-3 win over Manchester United at the weekend.

Guardiola: Lots of respect
City manager Pep Guardiola says he is wary of what FCK could bring to the game this evening, saying: "I know their qualities. They don't just hit long balls up to their striker, they have both the ability to play and the guts to play. They have a lot of options."

Guardiola also gave a squad update and expects his defender Kyle Walker not to be ready after his injury on Sunday, but that Rodri - who was also ruled out of the weekend - is fit. John Stones and Kalvin Phillips miss the game.

Youth League at 4pm
A few hundred metres away from the City of Manchester Stadium, the FCK U19 team will play a group-topping clash against Manchester City, who, like our boys, have maximum points after the first two rounds of fixtures in this season's UEFA Youth League.

The match, which kicks off at 4pm, will be played at Manchester City's Academy Stadium with room for approximately 5,000 spectators.
