F.C. Copenhagen Women sign Emmaliina Tulkki
F.C. Copenhagen Women are pleased to announce the signing of Emmaliina Tulkki, who joins the club from Sweden’s Alingsås IF ahead of a decisive phase of the season.
The Finnish player arrives as part of FC Copenhagen Women’s continued efforts to reinforce the squad for the upcoming Liga A qualification round.
Tulkki brings international experience and a strong football background from Scandinavian competition, adding further quality and depth to the squad. Her move to Copenhagen underlines the club’s ambition to attract players with experience from competitive environments as preparations intensify for the next six months.
The signing is part of a targeted recruitment strategy aimed at strengthening the group with players capable of contributing immediately, while supporting the team’s long-term development.
Head coach Kasper Klarskov emphasised Tulkki’s impact and fit within the team, saying: “Emmaliina is a really interesting signing for us, as she comes with experience from the highest level of both Sweden and Finland, where she has won championships and played in the Champions League. She is a versatile midfielder, and we expect her to contribute right away.”
Head of women’s football, Romaney Pinnock, highlighted the importance of the addition, saying: “Emmaliina brings experience, mentality, and a strong understanding of the Scandinavian game, having played in demanding environments.
