The football club is the focal point for everything we do at F.C. Copenhagen. It's our identity and defines who we want to be. For the city, for you, and for everyone.

We do what we say – and do it in a proper way. Whether internally or externally, from our employees to our partnerships and impact initiatives.

F.C. Copenhagen is nothing without our employees. Their hard work ensures the core of the club contributes is strong, both in good times and bad. That is why we give full focus to our employees' working conditions and opportunities within the club. It is fundamentally about good corporate governance.

We place high demands on ourselves and also on our partners. We want to continuously move the club in a sustainable direction and thereby ensure a solid foundation for our overall strategy: WE ARE COPENHAGEN.

We want to play with the best – in every position. On the pitch, in the stands and in the office.

Equality and Inclusion ▼

At F.C. Copenhagen we work hard to make football a sport of equality and inclusion. We want everyone – regardless of gender, age, cultural background, religion or sexuality – to feel welcome and have the opportunity to contribute to and become part of the football community.

That is why we work to create an inclusive environment on the pitch and internally in the club. We ensure that respect and equality are the basis for our daily work.

As part of our efforts, we have entered into partnerships with Pan Idræt and #Gamechanger to strengthen our focus on inclusion in Danish football, which means contributing to the development of Pan Idræt as a sports association. They also help us and our partner clubs to create a more inclusive culture that ensures there is space for everyone in the sport.

We are also proud of our collaboration with Høje Taastrup Parasport, where we support para sports and show how sport can create equality and opportunities for everyone.

A highlight of our collaboration with Høje Taastrup Parasport is the Dream Team, which we were very happy to welcome to Parken. This team is an inspiration to us all and shows how football can unite and create strong communities. The video from their visit to Parken shows the great importance that sport has as a rallying point. The Dream Team is an example of how everyone can find their place in the world of football.

We believe that diversity strengthens both the collective and the individual. That is why we have started our first mixed girls and boys FCK Talent team. Inclusion and equality are paramount to show that young kids across genders can contribute to development and unity.

Football For All ▼

At F.C. Copenhagen, we are proud to promote a culture where diversity is is championed – both on and off the pitch. Football is a sport for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, background or identity. We actively work to create an inclusive environment where differences are not only accepted, but valued as a strength.

We work to build and maintain an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, and ensure equal opportunities for players, fans and employees. In collaboration with organisations such as Pan Idræt and #Gamechanger, we support initiatives and contribute to educating the next generation of football players. This way, we can promote equality and ensure that everyone feels comfortable in the world of football.

Internally, we provide a diverse and inclusive working environment where everyone can thrive and develop. We have zero tolerance for racism and discrimination, and work together for a culture based on respect and equal rights.

We believe that football should be a community where respect and equal rights are the foundation, and we work with our fans and partners to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all. Together we are creating a future where there is no place for discrimination.

Fan Collaboration ▼

Our fans are an indispensable part of F.C. Copenhagen and we place great importance on supporting and developing the strong unity that exists around the capital's team. We collaborate with the FCK Fan Club, Section 12 and the Tifo Group, so that together we ensure that the club's fans feel involved and have a voice.

We also work to support the important voluntary work that our fans organise and provide, which is absolutely crucial for the club.

Our broad cooperation with the club's many fan groups is built on mutual respect and trust. We recognise that their commitment contributes to the very special atmosphere in Parken. Our home is famed both at home and abroad as one of the most intense and atmospheric stadiums in Europe, which time and again creates unforgettable experiences at the stadium.

Whistleblowing ▼

F.C. Copenhagen is dedicated to maintaining an open and transparent culture. Employees, players and partners can safely report any serious misconduct.

F.C. Copenhagen has established a legally regulated whistleblower scheme, which provides the opportunity to report serious violations of the law and other serious matters that have become known through one's work or cooperation with the club.

What can be reported?

The scheme covers reporting of serious violations of the law such as bribery, fraud and wiretapping, as well as harassment and sexual harassment. Less serious matters, such as dissatisfaction with working conditions, should be handled through the usual internal channels.

Who can report?

All current and former employees, players, partners and others with a working relationship with FCK can use the whistleblower scheme.

How do you report?

Reporting can be made in writing, by phone or in person. It is also possible to report anonymously if you wish. To ensure effective processing, reporters are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible about the matter in question. FCK treats all reports with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with applicable legislation.

Whistleblowers who report in good faith are protected from reprisals or negative consequences as a result of their report. By implementing this whistleblower scheme, FCK wants to promote a culture characterised by openness and accountability, where everyone feels safe to report serious matters without fear of negative consequences.
