PS&E interim report 1 Jan to 30 Sept 2022

Parken Sport & Entertainment group revenue amounted to DKK 865.9m between 1 January 2022 and 30 September 2022, which marks an increase of DKK 428.5m. compared to the same period last year, corrected for the sale of holiday homes.

The development can be attributed to higher revenue from operating activities. In quarters 1, 2 and 3 in 2021, group revenue was negatively affected by COVID-19 restrictions.

Profit before tax amounted to DKK 142.6m, against DKK 88.4m in the same period last year.

The total result for the period amounted to DKK 111.3m, compared to DKK 68.7m in the same period last year. Corrected for profit from the sale of holiday homes in 2021, the result for the period was DKK 122.5m. higher in the first to third quarter of 2022 than in the same period last year.

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S maintains the announced expectations for 2022.

For the group, a turnover of DKK 1,250m to 1,300m is expected and a result before tax of DKK 255m to 280m.
