Mounir Akhiat leaves as Head of Analytics

Mounir Akhiat, Head of Analytics, leaves F.C. Copenhagen after one-and-a-half years at the cub.

"Together with our coaching staff I have decided, after evaluating the autumn season, that it was time to adjust the organisation of our analysts and their cooperation with the staff," says FCK sporting director Peter Christiansen.

"Analysis is today an integral part of our work and is done in close collaboration with the coaching staff.

"Mounir has done a good, committed and professional job in terms of getting us there. We owe him thanks for that, and we wish him all the best in the future."

The position as Head of Analytics will not be re-occupied.

"I have had a good time at FCK and worked with many talented people," says Mounir.

"It has given me good experiences for my upcoming challenges, and I am happy about the exciting experiences I can take with me."
