Kim Christensen extends his contract
F.C. Copenhagen goalkeeper coach Kim Christensen has extended his contract with the club by two years until the summer of 2026.
"In my eyes, Kim is the absolute best goalkeeping coach in Denmark," says FCK sporting director Peter Christiansen.
"He has both contributed to developing our goalkeepers in the first team, and contributed to the fact that we have some talented young keepers coming up through the Talent Department.
"At the same time, he is an exponent of a strong training culture, so we are very happy that he will continue with us."
Christensen was appointed goalkeeper coach at F.C. Copenhagen in the summer of 2018, when he retired as an active player.
"I am incredibly happy to be part of F.C. Copenhagen and the club's great ambitions," he says.
"I work with talented colleagues and a group of talented goalkeepers who are constantly developing. It is good to have the future secured and I am looking forward to continuing at FCK in the coming years."
