F.C. Copenhagen and Unibet extend partnership

F.C. Copenhagen and Unibet have agreed to extend the club's existing sponsorship deal until the summer of 2027.

The partnership will also be based on delivering positive fan experiences. Unibet has been a dedicated partner for FCK over recent years with initiatives such as documentary films, the helicopter to deliver the Danish Superliga trophy, and the release of banner space on Sektion 12.

The collaboration between F.C. Copenhagen and Unibet has grown hugely since 2012. The focus has always been on delivering a good fan experience with initiatives and plenty of content.

Therefore, both parties have sought to extend the collaboration, which has resulted in another fruitful agreement.

The focus will continue to be on creating special fan experiences in Parken and delivering entertaining content for FCK's fans. Together both parties will continue the journey of creating value for F.C. Copenhagen fans and Unibet's customers - of course also with a focus on safety and responsible gambling.

Strong and loyal partner
"Unibet are a strong and loyal partner who have by a great love for F.C. Copenhagen, our fans and the club's development. They are primarily focused on contributing the fan experience as well as the story of the club, and the combination of this is absolutely crucial for us. Unibet's long-standing commitment gives them great insight into the club's DNA, and this contributes very positively to the collaboration," says commercial director of F.C. Copenhagen, Mikkel Grove Lindsted.

The partnership with Unibet was established in 2012, and for the last two seasons Unibet has been the club's front-of-shirt sponsor too. The new agreement is an extension of the current one and Unibet therefore continues to be FCK's main partner. The new agreement runs from summer 2024 to summer 2027.

Great commitment and passion
"For us, being part of F.C. Copenhagen is central to the success the club represents. We are beyond happy that we can continue to contribute to the club and its positive development. I can promise that it is with great commitment and passion that we have decided to continue our involvement with FCK," says Lars Gade, Country Manager at Unibet.

Supports the strategy
Striking new agreements has been absolutely crucial in the development of FCK's strategy 'We are Copenhagen', which in particular focuses on creating a sustainable overall ecosystem in the club so that our ambitions are always intact regardless of results.

"The new agreement proves that we are a sought-after business partner, and we must use that to build a strong and solid financial base that equips us for the future," adds Mikkel Grove Lindsted.
