2020/21 UEFA Europa League date schedule

F.C. Copenhagen will return to UEFA Europa League action just over a month after our quarter-final clash with Manchester United to prepare for the new 2020/21 campaign.

The Lions are gunning to secure a 14th group stage campaign in the last 15 seasons.

The coronavirus crisis means qualification games have been reduced from two to a single leg.

Matches will have a high turnaround in order to get qualification out of the way and kick on with the group stages.

No fans in qualifying matches
According to UEFA's guidelines, no qualifying match in the coming season will be played with spectators, as was the case for our matches against Istanbul Basaksehir in Telia Parken and against Manchester United in Cologne.

FCK in action from mid-September
F.C. Copenhagen will begin our Europa League campaign in the second qualification round, after finishing second in the 3F Superliga last term.

Our first game will be on 17 September. The draw for the second qualification stage will be made on 31 August.

The draw for the third qualification round takes place on 1 September, with matches due to take place on 24 September.

Finally, the playoff draw will be held on 18 September, with games played on 1 October.
