welcome to copenhagen

Copenhagen has been the Danish capital since beginning of the 15th Century, and today the urban population is around 1.3 million. The city offers a variety of attractions, and most famous is The Little Mermaid which refers to a fairy tale by the world known Danish author Hans Christian Andersen.
Lately, The Danish and New Nordic cuisine has also become a great attraction, and currently Copenhagen has 15 Michelin-starred restaurants with Geranium – situated in our home ground Parken – topping the list with three stars.
Copenhagen is also known as a very bicycle-friendly city, but also offers a well-developed public transportation system with busses, S-trains and Metro. The harbour, the canals and several lakes and parks close to the centre makes it a very green and relaxed city.
