Three F.C. Copenhagen Women players depart club

F.C. Copenhagen Women are slowly starting preparations to compete in A Liga qualifying next spring, which means – among other things – thatIda Ankerstjerne, Sara Rasmussen and Frederikke Troldborg will leave the club.

The trio won't be part of the squad that will compete for promotion to Denmark's top division in 2026.

Everyone at F.C. Copenhagen would like to send their thanks to the players for their efforts and contributions to the club.

"All three have played a significant role in the team's journey so far, and we are grateful for the energy and dedication they have brought to the team and the club. We wish them all the best for the future," says Head of Women's Football at F.C. Copenhagen, Romaney Pinnock, who is busy preparing for the next important season for the Lionesses.
