Ticket office and customer service
We have a ticket office and customer service desk on the corner of Øster Alle and Per Henrik Lings Alle.
Luggage storage
At the corner between the A and B stands, Parken has set up two luggage lockers where you also can charge cell phones.
Emergency setup in the stands
In the event of a medical emergency in the stands or other incidents, guests should no longer signal towards the team bench but instead contact one of the many stewards wearing orange vests, who can then call our Crowd Medic.
