FCK-fans i Parken

F.C. Copenhagen and P1 Travel enter partnership

F.C. Copenhagen and the international sports and travel agency P1 Travel have entered into a collaboration that will enable football fans from all over the world to book a football experience in Parken Stadium for an F.C. Copenhagen match.

P1 Travel sells tickets and travel packs for the biggest clubs in the biggest leagues and tournaments across the world. They also sell tickets for Formula 1, tennis, rugby, the 2024 Paris Olympics and festivals like Tomorrowland.

F.C. Copenhagen are the first Scandinavian club to collaborate with P1 Travel.

“We’ve struck this agreement to meet the increasing demand for FCK tickets from abroad, and at the same time work together with a professional and serious player on the international market,” says F.C. Copenhagen commercial director Mikkel Grove Lindsted.

“We are their first club in Scandinavia to do a deal like this. It's a clear endorsement of Parken Stadium as a destination for international football fans who travel around the world to find the best football experiences.”

The collaboration with P1 Travel was launched ahead of the recent match against Viborg, where just under 100 visiting guests secured their seat at Parken Stadium.

“We are experiencing more and more international visitors coming to our matches,” Mikkel adds. “Against Viborg, we had just over 600 ticket buyers with addresses in countries other than Denmark, and with P1 we are getting a strong partner who ensures that football fans from all over the world can have a tailored experience when they travel to Copenhagen to watch football.”

Rick van Gogh, partnership manager at P1 Travel, says: “We are very proud and happy with this first collaboration in Scandinavia with F.C. Copenhagen. This is a big club in Europe and the great atmosphere in the Parken Stadium is well known.

“This season F.C. Copenhagen are once again battling for the championship and we are delighted to be able to bring our customers from all over the world to this great club.”
