F.C. Copenhagen winter training programme 2021
F.C. Copenhagen's winter training programme has been confirmed for January and February 2021 before the second half of the 3F Superliga season kicks off.
FCK's first competitive game back in the league is a trip to AaB on Wednesday, 3 February.
The players will return to training on Friday, 8 January, with each member of the squad and training staff having undergone a Covid-19 test on Monday.
Training will take place at the Lions' Number 10 base, rather than the traditional winter training at Parken Stadium, as the ground is currently being used as a Covid-19 test centre.
Training match against Hvidovre
Jess Thorup's men will play a training game against Hvidovre IF at Number 10 at 11am on Friday, 15 January. Unfortunately there is still no free access for spectators due to the Covid-19 restrictions. We are currently investigating the possibilities of streaming the match, but will cover it in any case via our social media channels.
Training camp in Portugal
FCK will not head to Portugal for the planned training camp following government guidelines around coronavirus.
Danish Superliga restart date
The 3F Superliga will restart for FCK for the spring half of the season with an away game in Aalborg, and the following Sunday the Lions will play in Horsens. That means the first game back in Parken will not be until Monday, 15 February at 7pm against SønderjyskE.
As things stand now, there will continue to be a maximum capacity of 500 people at the stadium, and more information will follow later about the possibility of tickets for fans.
