Science in Sport becomes F.C. Copenhagen's new nutrition partner

F.C. Copenhagen and Science in Sport (SiS) have entered into an agreement for the English company to become the club's new Official Nutrition Partner.

SiS is top of the market in relation to sports nutrition for football players. It is with great pleasure that the club can help physical trainer Ben Rosen deliver the best products to the players before, during and after their performances on the training ground and in matches.

"We are very happy to have made an agreement with SiS," Ben said.

"We make sure that we cover the two most important fields for us in terms of nutritional support for the players. We will use the highest available product quality, supported by an innovative product range.

"Secondly, we will ensure our players' safety in terms of doping control by working with a company that batch-tests each and every one of their products and ensures that there is no cross-contamination of any prohibited substance within a product we use."

SiS has been in operation since 1992 and has built up a vast amount of experience focusing on products within Sports Nutrition. SiS has products that are tailored for match days, training and subsequent recovery. They collaborate with some of the best and most talented teams in the world of sports, such as Manchester United, and a number of elite athletes who have won medals at recent Olympic Games.

Sam Driver, Global Head of Sales - Elites, said: “I am delighted that we are working in partnership with F.C. Copenhagen. At Science in Sport we have the ambition to become the go-to Partner for elite institutions and athletes around the world. This partnership accelerates our commitment to supporting all elite football teams and working at the very pinnacle of professional football.

"I am excited to see the role Science in Sport plays in the development of the team this year. We look forward to working closely with the team and introducing new, exciting innovations throughout this year to fuel the team to success."

FCK's partnership with SiS will initially run until the summer of 2022.
