Jesper is a very charismatic keeper, who understands the value of good (and loads of) communication with his team mates – just to let them know where he is.

Jesper began his senior football career life in Roskilde and Ølstykke, before he moved to the Danish SAS League, where he has played for Odense, Vejle and Viborg – before he was brought to F.C. Copenhagen in the summer of 2005.

Jesper has not just played in Denmark, but has also been part of the Bundesliga-side Wolfsburg, as well as the Scottish Giants Rangers – for which he earned some of his international routine that has been of great value to F.C. Copenhagen.

Jesper has several times been voted "Keeper of the year" in Denmark and has been a regular Danish international since his debut against Finland in June 2005.
